Operational Strategy

Dr. Varsano brings more than 20 years of clinical research experience, including over 15 years in leadership and oversight roles. He has managed studies across numerous rare disease indications and contributed to programs supporting five approved drugs or molecules. Most recently, he provided Project Director portfolio leadership across six rare disease Phase I–IV trials, including three that received marketing authorization, one of which was a first-in-class therapy for a rare hematology condition.
